Questions

Asked often, answered plainly

How long does a typical deployment take?

A single-department pilot usually indexes and goes live within two to three weeks. Firm-wide rollouts, including custom connectors and knowledge-base design, typically run one to two quarters.

Does our content ever leave our control?

No. KnowledgeHub indexes content in place, and you choose cloud, UK-hosted or fully on-premises deployment. Permissions from your source systems and identity provider govern every result.

Do we need to migrate anything?

Nothing moves. Connectors read from SharePoint, Confluence, Slack, Drive and your other systems where they live. Knowledge bases are additive, not a replacement project.

Which sectors do you serve best?

Consulting firms, engineering companies and professional services practices — organisations whose product is expertise and whose history is an asset.
