A British software house for organisational knowledge
KnowledgeHub Systems Ltd was founded in Peterborough by people who spent careers watching expertise get lost — in shared drives, in inbox threads, in retirements. We build the platform we wished those firms had.
Our story
It began with a simple observation: the organisations with the deepest expertise were the worst at finding it. Consultancies re-wrote reports they had already written. Engineering firms repeated investigations their predecessors had completed a decade earlier. Law firms billed hours to the search itself.
The tools existed — drives, wikis, chat — but nothing connected them into something an organisation could think with. So we built KnowledgeHub: permission-aware enterprise search, structured knowledge bases and explainable AI discovery over one knowledge graph.
Today our platform serves consulting firms, engineering companies and professional services practices across the UK, Europe and beyond — always with the same promise: your knowledge stays yours, and it finally becomes findable.
